Thank you for choosing Pawtify! We’re thrilled to create custom embroidery pet product just for you and your furry friend. Below, you’ll find our shipping terms and conditions to guide you through the process.


Shipment Processing Time

Each order is carefully made to your specifications, and we want to ensure the best possible quality. Here’s an overview of our order processing timeline:

  1. Design & Artist Review (0-3 Days)
    After your order is placed, our talented team reviews your pet’s details to ensure we capture every unique feature for your furry friendss. We take extra care to make sure your design is perfect before moving to the next step.

  2. Embroidery & Quality Assurance (4-9 Days)
    Once the design is approved, your custom apparel will be embroidered with care. We inspect the finished product for quality, then prepare it for shipping. This process ensures that every piece meets our high-quality standards.

  3. Shipping & Delivery (9+ Days)
    After your order passes our final quality checks, it will be shipped. Typically, it takes 1 business day for USPS to pick up the package, and then shipping usually takes 4-7 business days.

In total, orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, there may be slight delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the size/weight of your order. We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail, which generally delivers within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail (4-7 business days)
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the USPS website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order leaves our facility.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that Pawtify is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order upon entry into your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs.


Damages & Lost Items

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your custom embroidery pet apparel, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Make sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for documentation when filing a claim.

If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to USPS directly for assistance. While we cannot control delays once the package has left our facility, we are happy to assist you in tracking it down.
