At Pawtify, we take great pride in creating custom embroidery pet apparel that is unique to you and your furry friend. Because every item is made to order and personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to carefully choose the size and details for your custom piece before placing your order.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving any issues promptly.
Damages & Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom embroidered pet apparel. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the problem (if applicable). We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, Pawtify cannot accept returns on:
- Custom Products: All of our embroidered apparel is made specifically to your order, including pet names, sizes, and designs, making it non-returnable.
- Personalized Items: Once your pet apparel is customized with embroidery, it cannot be resold or reused, so returns are not possible.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or through special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are unsure about sizing or customization details, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to help.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your order (if there’s an issue), we will notify you about the status of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
